Engineering International follows a hybrid publication and access model.

Published articles may require subscription, institutional access, or article download charges for full-text access. However, authors may choose to make their articles openly accessible by selecting the journal’s Open Access publication option and paying the applicable Open Access charge.

Articles published under the Open Access option are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

The journal remains committed to supporting scholarly communication, research dissemination, and long-term digital preservation through recognized archival systems.
