About the Journal

Publication Model

Engineering International follows a hybrid scholarly publishing model under American Observer Press, USA.

The journal publishes peer-reviewed research articles in engineering, applied sciences, technology, industrial innovation, and interdisciplinary technical studies. Articles may be published under either standard publisher-controlled access or Open Access options, depending on the publication agreement and journal policy applicable to the manuscript.

The journal follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and research integrity.


Publication Fees

At present, Engineering International does not charge submission fees for initial manuscript evaluation.

Depending on the publication model, editorial processing requirements, indexing preparation, Open Access option, or special publication arrangements, publication-related charges may apply in selected cases. Authors will be informed of any applicable terms, fees, or publication conditions during the editorial and production process.


Access and Licensing

Engineering International maintains a hybrid access and licensing policy.

Standard Publisher-Controlled Articles

Copyright of standard published articles is held by American Observer Press. Reproduction, redistribution, republication, or commercial reuse requires prior written permission from the publisher.

Open Access Licensed Articles

Selected Open Access articles may be distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), where applicable. Licensing information is displayed individually on article pages.


Plagiarism and Publication Ethics

All submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening and similarity assessment before peer review.

Engineering International follows recognized publication ethics standards and reserves the right to reject manuscripts involving plagiarism, fabricated data, duplicate submission, citation manipulation, or unethical research conduct.

The journal may use editorial evaluation and similarity checking tools during manuscript assessment.


Digital Preservation and Archiving

Engineering International supports long-term digital preservation and scholarly accessibility through recognized archival and indexing systems.

Journal contents remain accessible through electronic archiving mechanisms intended to preserve scholarly records and publication continuity.
